Interior Design and Space Planning Drawings
Floor plans, furniture layouts, finish schedules and reflected ceiling plans for homes, offices, retail and restaurants. Clear drawings your contractor can price and build from.
Written quote before any work begins. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Drawings your jurisdiction will ask for
- ✓ Existing and proposed floor plans
- ✓ Furniture and equipment layouts
- ✓ Reflected ceiling and lighting plans
- ✓ Finish, door and hardware schedules
- ✓ Interior elevations for kitchens, baths and feature walls
- ✓ Coordination with structural and MEP changes when walls move
What the plans reviewer is looking for
A good interior layout is decided on paper, not on site. Space planning drawings show exactly where walls, furniture, fixtures and lighting go, so the contractor prices the same scope and the building department sees exits, accessibility and any structural or MEP changes clearly.

Cosmetic work usually does not, but moving walls, plumbing or electrical, or changing a commercial layout usually does. We tell you which applies and prepare permit drawings when needed.
Can you work from photos and measurements?
Yes. Send photos and rough dimensions, or existing plans, and we build the drawings from there.
Do you select products and finishes?
We prepare schedules and layouts. Product selection can be included in the scope you approve.
