Can you stamp drawings someone else prepared?
We can review and seal third-party drawings only after a full engineering review, and only if the work meets code and we can stand behind it. If it needs corrections, we will tell you what has to change before anything is sealed.
Is architectural stamping the same as structural?
No. Architectural covers layout, egress, occupancy and code compliance. Structural covers loads, framing and foundations. Many permits need both, and we coordinate them as one set.
Do you design from scratch or only stamp?
Both. We can work from a napkin sketch, a measured existing plan, or a complete CAD set that just needs review and sealing.
