Tenant Improvement Permit Drawings
Permit sets for commercial fit-outs and TI work: demising walls, new layouts, and the MEP that has to follow. Coordinated as one set so the trades do not contradict each other.
MEP package, starting fee. Architectural from $2,200 where the layout changes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Frequently asked questions about Tenant Improvement Drawings
What drawings does a tenant improvement need?
Typically a demolition plan, proposed floor plan, life safety plan, reflected ceiling plan and full MEP. The exact set depends on the occupancy and how much you are changing.
Do I need architectural drawings if I am only moving walls?
Usually yes. Moving partitions changes egress, occupant load and often accessibility, so the jurisdiction wants to see the whole picture rather than a partial plan.
Can you coordinate with the landlord base building requirements?
Yes. Send us the base building standards or shell drawings and we design within them, which avoids a second round of corrections from the landlord after the city approves.
Not sure what your jurisdiction requires?
